. You have a good life upside down in recessed cans - not the best situation for the CFL life!
. Very quiet. They are very sensitive to noise, and I noticed no hum.

. The adjustment range is relatively small.
. The price here seems a bit 'high.
. For ourwork to 3-way dimmer (2 separate controls on the same circuit), I had a pear in each circle with a red-hot (low power) has been working to replace. This provides current flow to power the second dimmer. They tell you not to mix bulbs on a dimmer circuit, but I think this is just an aesthetic "is not good because the backlight brightness and colors do not match" rule that, as already mentioned, is an absolute no-no. Nothing exploded, and we get good lamp life.
